While many traditionalist may say, Sunday - The Lord’s Day, is the exception to what we have come to know as the seven day work week, reality just doesn’t give room - nor time - for dedicating an entire day to church. Unfortunately, many individuals who are business & career focused are confronted with the moral dilemma, “Do I attend Sunday’s mid-day worship service, or prepare for the following days events?” It’s a 21st century reality that every bit of time counts.

If you are that business person or parent trying to make the most of your time, Pastor Tyna T. Duncan is scheduling a praise and worship service just for you! As former Pastor and founder of Testament Worship Center in Cincinnati, OH and founder of six small businesses, Pastor Tyna relates to the business person that wants to make the most of their Sunday while setting aside time to commune with Christ. “I incorporated an 8:00 AM service at my church and found the members to be most appreciative of being able to worship God early on Sunday and still have time to accomplish other tasks” says Pastor Tyna. “And guess what. God did not bless us any less!”

The purpose of this service is to provide an additional hour of worship for people who would otherwise be unable to attend the traditional 11:00 AM Sunday Morning Service.

Pastor Tyna was born and raised in Springfield, OH to the late Reverend and Mrs. Curtis F. Davis. Growing up under her renowned Baptist father and having trained under many great pastors and Christian leaders, Pastor Tyna has taken part in an insurmountable amount of biblical teaching. What could not be gained through the spoken word has been taught through her experience as a child of God, a mother and a Pastor. She has an intense fervor and conviction where her callings are concerned. Her tenacity and compassion for God’s children has led her to mentor, train, teach, and preach to many men, women, and children across America and abroad. Her new found organization, NAWM (The National Association of Women Ministers), will further allow her to hone in on teaching and mentoring women ministers inside WOEM and beyond.

Pastor Tyna’s gifts and talents don’t stop there. She is a renowned vocalist, song writer, and recording artist. Extremely intelligent and highly educated, Pastor Tyna is currently enrolled in the online masters program at the University of Phoenix. She has a BS in Business Administration, is a certified Special Education Teacher, and has several other certifications for diversity training and customer relations. She is upbeat, charismatic, youthful, and deeply sincere about the work God has placed before her.


God has used many situations to mold Pastor Tyna into the Woman of God she is today. During this next season in ministry her prayer is simple. “Lord remind me constantly to take the limits off you and let your will be done in and through my life.”
